2. Service Nature

  • Our services involve professional time, expertise, and diagnostic reporting.

  • Once a diagnostic service has been delivered, refunds are generally not available except in specific circumstances outlined below.

 

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Technical issues: You were unable to access the service due to verified technical faults on our platform.

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same service.

  • Service not provided: You booked and paid for a service that we were unable to deliver.

  • Cancellation within cooling‑off period: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and before the service has been delivered, in line with UK consumer law.

4. Non‑Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed diagnostic reports or consultations.

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client that affects service delivery.

  • Change of mind after the service has been delivered.

  • Technical issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or software.

 

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Contact us at ecg@cardiospecialist.co.uk with your order details and reason for the request.

  • We will review your request within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
